He does this through workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching which has aided many and helped them get to their personal and professional growth levels and potentials through the study and practical application of proven leadership methods.

He is the founder of Abundance Ministries which he and his wife Dupe Adedeji started in 1999. Abundance Ministries has so far done a lot of work reaching countries such as Indonesia, Kenya, South Africa, Nigeria, Mali, Burkina Faso, Republic of Benin, Mexico, Canada and the United Kingdom.

He also started and oversees 2 Orphanages: His Heritage Home 1 & 2 in Nigeria and in addition, the operation of 3 Centers (Abundance Center for Empowerment) for the upliftment of Widows.

Pastor J.D is currently the Lead Pastor of House of Abundance, a non-denominational church in San Antonio Texas. He is happily married and the father of 4 children: 2 daughters and 2 sons.
